Purple Lovegrass is a native warm-season grass that grows in tight tufts with long blue-green leaves that develops a bronzey-red in fall.   Rosey-purple spikelets create airy clouds above the leaves in late summer and turn light beige in fall.  Prefers full sun and dry soils.  Good drought tolerance.
