Kiwi Aeonium is a colorful evergreen succulent that grows in rosettes of  pointed fleshy variegated foliage that can be up to four colors (white, yellow, green, and red) in ideal conditions but are usually shades of green and yellow with bright red margins.  Infrequently in summer a stock rises from the rosset sporting small clusters of white bell-shaped flowers.  The rosset dies after flowering.  Best color with full sun and dry to medium well-drained soils.  Drought tolerant once established.
