Blue Ice Arizona Cypress is a compact slow-growing native conifer tree with a conical habit.  The scale-like needles are a frosty silver-blue that holds it's color year-round. Prefers full sun and moist, well-drained soil.  Exceptionally heat and drought tolerant once established.
