Ein Shemer Apple is an early season deciduous tree that produces large crisp fruit in early summer.  The highly fragrant white flower clusters bloom in summer attracting butterflies and hummingbirds.  Ein Shemer produces yellow fruit with a red blush and a sweet tart that good fresh or baked that ripens in mid June to July .  Best fruiting in full sun with deep, slightly acidic, well-drained soil.  Ein Shemer is self-fertile and will begin producing fruit in 3-5 years but other pollinators will increase fruit yields.  Has very low chill requirements
