Krewer Rabbiteye Blueberry is an upright deciduous shrub that flowers and ripens early with good production of huge highly sweet powdery light blue blueberries.  Due to berry size, some fruit splitting may occur. The elliptical medium green foliage turns shades of yellow-orange in fall. The white flower clusters bloom early spring. Grows best with full sun and rich, moist acidic well-drained soils.  Krewer should be planted with others to cross-pollinate and increase yield.
