We do not have a retail store open to the public.
ServeScape partners with Georgia's finest horticultural farms, giving you online access to 1,000+ live plants. Your plants are the best of the best, hand-picked from specialty farmers across the state and delivered to your door.

Yes! Simply select "for pick-up" option at checkout. Our pick-up window is every Friday from 3:00 - 6:00 PM. Our address is 3708 North Peachtree Road, Chamblee, GA, 30341. Please allow 4 to 5 business days to ensure your order is ready for pick up!
For orders over $200, delivery is FREE!
If your order is $100-$200, our delivery fee is $10. Under $100, our delivery fee is $20.
Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days. We are working hard to get these plants to you sooner!
If you have a deadline - just let us know. Info@servescape.net. We will be happy to make all efforts to get your order to you as soon as possible!
No, we do not provide any installation services. However, if you purchase a design package you will receive vetted installation recommendations for your area and type of installation.
Returns & Warranty
Satisfaction guarantee at delivery. A customer has 48 hours after the time ServeScape drops off the order to inspect and reject any items.
To request a return for a replacement or a refund, simply submit this Return Request Form. Someone from the ServeScape team will contact you for a replacement or refund.
If after the 48 hour window and wish for a replacement or refund please submit this form. A horticulturalist from the SereScape team will contact you to help to understand the nature of the problem.
