At ServeScape, our mission is to bring you the best plants available, right to your doorstep. If for any reason, any plant is not up to your satisfaction at the time of delivery*, you can contact us for a replacement plant at no extra charge**, or a refund*** for the item.
After the plants are delivered, ServeScape no longer has any ability to care for the plants, therefore we cannot be held responsible for what happens after plants are delivered. If you wish to refund your plant days after delivery, you way return the plant to our location: 3708 N Peachtree Road, Chamblee, GA 30341. That being said, we want you to have success and enjoy your landscape! We offer design consulting services, and have a vast network of landscape professionals we can recommend to help you attain your goals.
*A customer has 48 hours after the time ServeScape drops off the plants to inspect and accept or reject any items in the order. If you wish to refund your plant days after delivery, you way return the plant to our location: 3708 North Peachtree Road, Chamblee, GA 30341.
To file a return simply submit this form and someone from the ServeScape team contact you for a replacement or refund.
**Replacement plant will be delivered within 30 days. If a specific delivery date is required, this will incur a $25 delivery fee. ServeScape reserves the right to refund an item if a replacement cannot be delivered.
