Little Ragu Sweet Bay is a compact evergreen shrub with upright red-tinted branches forming a pyramidal habit and highly aromatic, glossy dark green foliage with culinary uses. Clusters of small yellow flowers bloom in spring, and female flowers may be followed by purple-black drupes if pollinated. Prefers rich, moist and well-drained soils.
